Chris has been a pleasure to work with throughout our home ownership journey. Our first experience working with Chris occurred when we bought our first home and he was the listing agent. He was patient in dealing with our laundry list of questions as first-time home buyers, and he made the entire experience a smooth one. We worked with Chris again to sell that house and to buy a new house out of town, and he was very organized in setting up times that we could visit the houses we were interested in. Again, the process was a breeze. And when we sold that second home and moved into our current home, we worked with Chris again as a listing agent and a buyer’s agent. Even though the home we were selling was out of town, Chris was always on top of things with getting an open house organized right away and getting a large base of potential buyers into the home. We had a full price offer within days of that first open house, and the entire process was completed in a very short timeframe. Should we ever sell and buy again, we will undoubtedly be giving Chris yet another call!
